About the role:

Our team is growing, and we are currently seeking motivated individuals to join us in the position of Hospital Cleaner at Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Woodville) on a Casual or Part Time.

We are currently seeking candidates who can commit to working 5am to 8am shifts, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe handling of chemical and/or hazardous substances in the performance of cleaning duties
• Decontamination of surfaces after the initial clinical waste spillage has been removed by clinical staff
• Identifying and recording any problems relating to cleaning services and/or safety
• You must be able to work within a 24/7 rotating roster

About you:

• Demonstrate a positive attitude and drive to deliver strong customer service
• Flexibility to work a rotational roster; including early mornings, night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Police Clearance, or ability to obtain, is essential
• DHS Working with Children Check (WWCC), or ability to obtain, is essential
• Evidence of immunisation for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tetanus, Pertussis, Diphtheria, Hep B, Polio or willingness to obtain, as per SA Health Worker policy is essential
