Our team will be travelling to South Africa to meet reliability professionals face-to-face, with opportunities to step into roles across our Australian paper manufacturing network.

As a reliability professional at Visy, you will be part of an environment where uptime, asset performance and disciplined maintenance directly drive success.

What you’ll do:

• Drive reliability improvements across paper machines, stock prep and associated plant
• Analyse equipment performance and lead root cause investigations to eliminate failures
• Develop and optimise preventative and predictive maintenance strategies
• Partner closely with operations and maintenance to improve uptime and performance

What you will bring:

• Mechanical Engineering (or related) background
• Strong experience in pulp and paper manufacturing environments
• Deep understanding of paper machine systems and supporting equipment
• Experience in reliability, maintenance or asset management within paper mills
• Proven problem-solving capability with a structured approach
• Ability to work cross-functionally in continuous manufacturing environments
• For leadership roles, experience leading teams and driving reliability outcomes
• A hands-on mindset with a focus on delivering results
• Eligibility for an Australian work visa (with sponsorship support)
