About the Role
This is a Full Time Fixed Term position until 30/06/2027 within the Medical Imaging Department. This position exists to support the imaging services under the guidance of the Allied Health Professional, through a range of clinical and non-clinical duties including delivering and assisting with patient scans and procedures, organising equipment and clinical supplies and maintaining efficient day-to-day operations of the medical imaging services.
Classification for this role is IN30 ($68,384.16 per annum pro rata)
What you'll achieve
Organise and assist with quality, timely and safe clinical care to patients and their familiars in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Conduct comprehensive, structured patient screening activities, as delegated, to support assessment and management by the Allied Health Professionals
Actively participate as part of a team to ensure ongoing excellence in service delivery and contribute to continuous improvement
Promote an environment of lifelong learning
Your skills and experience
Hold a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent
Has completed a minimum of three years of experience (full-time equivalent) as a Grade 2 (or equivalent)
Comply with the AHANA Code of Conduct
