Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organised and professional Theatre Receptionist/Clerk to join our busy perioperative team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional front line customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day administration of theatre department .

As a Theatre Administration Assistant, you will provide essential support to our patients, doctors, and clinical staff. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Warmly welcoming patients, doctors, and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Efficiently managing and coordinating theatre bookings.
• Professionally answering and directing incoming phone calls.
• Providing comprehensive administrative support to nursing and clinical teams.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and ensuring accurate record-keeping at all times.

This is a part-time position, working 3 days per week, totalling 45 hours fortnight. The shift starts promptly at 6:30 AM.

Additional Information

• Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
