Join Our Team as a Medical Receptionist/Dental Assistant at Supernova Medical Centre

About Us: Supernova Medical Centre is a large, multidisciplinary practice in Tarneit, offering comprehensive GP, allied health, and dental services. With over 8 years of service and a strong reputation in the community, we are expanding our team and seeking a versatile Medical Receptionist/Dental Assistant.

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic individual who can seamlessly contribute to both medical reception and dental assisting tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations across our medical and dental departments while delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage appointment bookings and patient records using Best Practice/D4W.
  • Handle phone and email inquiries, process billing, and maintain an organized reception area.
  • Support the practice manager and supervise reception staff.
  • Assist with dental procedures and provide support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain sterility and manage clinical equipment.
  • Exhibit a caring and patient-focused demeanor, with strong multitasking abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in both medical reception and dental assisting preferred.
  • Familiarity with Best Practice/D4W and HICAPS is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and willing to learn and undertake further training.
  • Authorized to work in Australia.
  • Flexible with working hours
