Medical Information Junior Associate – JET Program (2‑Year Program)

We’re looking for early‑career professionals or recent graduates in pharmacy or life sciences to join our JET Program, a structured two‑year program designed to build strong foundations in Medical Information and pharmaceutical consulting across the Japan & Asia Pacific region.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Provide accurate, timely medical information to healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders via several media sources (phone, emails, etc)
• Handle and triage medical enquiries, escalating complex cases when required
• Conduct literature searches (PubMed/MEDLINE) and support evidence‑based responses
• Deliver scientific and technical information via written and verbal channels
• Support translation activities (English Japanese)
• Identify and report adverse events and product complaints in line with regulations
• Participate in quality, compliance, and continuous learning activities
• Collaborate across teams and support ad‑hoc projects and client initiatives

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced consulting environment
• Interest in pharmaceutical consulting and medical information
• Professional or native proficiency in Japanese is a strong advantage
