Parramatta Community College is seeking qualified Trainers and Assessors to teach Certificate III in Business (Medical Admin)

The Opportunity:

Do you have experience in the health system and have the TAE40116 or TAE40122, we would like to hear from you. Classes are two days per week 9.30am-2.30pm, within a face-to-face classroom setting based in and around the Parramatta area.

As the successful candidate you must be available to:

• Commit and deliver face to face training across two consecutive days.
• Able to commute to Parramatta or other nearby sites.
• Able to commence ASAP.

Our cohort is a mixture of domestic students.

Essential Criteria/Requirements:

• Current qualification in Business (Medical Admin) holding the following units, BSBMED301, BSBMED302 & BSBMED305.
• Industry Currency - Relevant and current industry experience (Working in the industry part-time, casual, volunteer) and able to provide evidence of this.
• Current VET PD
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122)
• Demonstrated experience in Face-to-Face delivery and assessment of training programs.
• Minimum 2 experience in relevant vocational industry including demonstrated experience in training and assessment.
• High level of interpersonal and communications skills
• Working with Children Check

As a Contract Trainer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting training and assessments, student support, reporting student attendance and completing relevant administrative tasks.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $60.00 per hour
