As a Support Worker, you are the heart of our mission. You will deliver high-quality, person-centered care to participants living with disability, aging needs, or complex health conditions across the Northern and inner city suburbs - Fairfield and Surrounds .

The Role:

As a support worker with us, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with their daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
• Providing personalized care and emotional support to meet each clients individual needs.
• Engage in meaningful activities and outings that promote socialization and well-being.
• Collaborating with a dynamic team to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered.

Who We're Looking For:

• Flexibility: To meet the support needs of participants.
• Compassion: Genuine empathy and a caring nature to support clients with kindness and understanding
• Reliability: a dependable and responsible attitude towards fulfilling your duties
• Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated.
• Experience: 6 months experience (or more) in a similar role is highly regarded.

Licence/Certification:

• First Aid Certificate (Essential)
• Working with Children's Check (Essential)
• NDIS Workers Screening Check (Essential)
• Drivers License (Essential)
• Certificate III in Disability, Ageing or Individual Support (Preferred)
