This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role as part of a Veterinary Director maternity cover for 8–10 months starting April 2026. Your Role

This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced veterinarian (ideally 5+ years out) who wants to step up and guide a capable team during our Veterinary Director’s maternity leave. You’ll have autonomy in managing cases and leading the clinic, backed by the Greencross clinical network and a supportive team. Its a permanent role, and not a fixed term contract.

The role is ideally 20-30 hours per week, with flexible rostering and the ability to tailor your week around consults, surgery, or a blend of both. Tell us how you work best.
