Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP HR & Payroll experience with thorough understanding of Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Australia Payroll (PY), Time Management (TM), Benefits Administration
  • Australia Payroll Experience and understands the following: Support Australian payroll related statutory compliance requirements, Able to maintain and troubleshoot, Single Touch Payroll (STP), PAYG Withholding, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, Leave Accruals and Entitlements, Long Service Leave, Terminations and Redundancies, Year-end payroll activities and legislative updates, Validate payroll reconciliations and ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Experience in Impact Assessment of enhancements and legislative changes, all other day to day production support activities working closely with business
  • Stakeholder Management: work closely with Business Payroll Managers, HR team and business users, provide regular incident status updates and resolution, participate in governance meetings and service reviews.
  • Integration understanding with SuccessFactors (EC - Employee Central), SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite, SAP Finance (FI/CO), Banking and Superannuation Interfaces
  • Communication and Articulation Skills: Very good as the candidate need to work closely with business
  • Team Player and able to work collaboratively with the larger team
