About the role
We have an opportunity for 2 Claims Officers to be part of our EPSS Claims Management Team, Shared Services team. The role supports service delivery by undertaking the assessment and processing of supplementary support payment claims for injured officers.

Provide an example of when you supported a customer in a complex or sensitive situation (e.g. over the phone). How did you demonstrate empathy, resolve the issue, and ensure accuracy when interpreting information such as payslips or calculations?
