Ready to make a real difference in Australian healthcare?

WRK4CE is on the lookout for passionate, skilled Registered Nurses to fill permanent roles with hand-picked healthcare and aged care providers across Australia — from metropolitan hubs to regional communities where the need is greatest.

Whether you're already in Australia or planning your move here, if you hold AHPRA registration (or are eligible to apply), we want to hear from you.

About WRK4CE

WRK4CE is a specialist international recruitment firm connecting Registered Nurses with Australian aged care and healthcare providers. We operate on a foundation of ethical recruitment — we only partner with clients who share that commitment. That means transparent processes, fair conditions, genuine support, and no hidden fees — ever.

We follow the principles of the WHO Global Code of Practice on International Recruitment and Australia's ANMF standards for international nurse recruitment, because doing the right thing isn't just good values — it's good practice.

The Roles

Our client network spans a range of settings across Australia, including:

  • Aged care (residential and community)
  • Acute hospitals (public and private)
  • Mental health
  • Rehabilitation and subacute
  • Regional and remote facilities

Locations include NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, and more — metro, regional, and rural.

Permanent full-time positions are available.

What's on Offer

Salary and conditions vary across clients, locations, and applicable awards. As a guide, Registered Nurses in Australia earn from $70,235 up to $115,825+ per year under the Nurses Award (MA000034), with an average advertised market salary of approximately $90,000. Specialist and senior roles, or positions with regional allowances, can command significantly higher remuneration.

Benefits you can typically expect include:

  • Employer-sponsored visa (subclass 482 or 186, depending on client and circumstances) with pathways to permanent residency
  • Competitive salary aligned to relevant award or enterprise agreement
  • Superannuation (employer contributions, typically 11.5–12.75%)
  • Salary packaging options (particularly in aged care and not-for-profit settings)
  • Relocation assistance (role and location dependent)
  • Professional development support
  • Annual and personal leave entitlements per Australian law

Who We're Looking For

You are:

  • A qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration — or actively working towards it
  • Passionate about delivering person-centred, high-quality care
  • Ready to commit to an Australian employer and build your career here
  • Professionally motivated and adaptable to different care environments
  • Minimum 1–2 years post-qualification clinical experience preferred

You might be:

  • Already working in Australia and ready for your next opportunity
  • An internationally qualified nurse preparing to make Australia home
  • Registered in your home country and interested in the AHPRA pathway

All are welcome to apply.

About Employer-Sponsored Visas

Our clients are approved sponsors, meaning the right candidate can secure a visa that lets you live and work in Australia for up to four years, with potential pathways to permanent residency. Your spouse receives unrestricted work rights, and your children can join you.

WRK4CE will guide you through every step of the process transparently — from AHPRA registration to visa lodgement with an approved migration agent.

Our Commitment to Ethical Recruitment

We believe nurses deserve to be recruited with dignity and respect — wherever they come from. Our ethical recruitment approach means:

  • No fees charged to candidates, ever
  • Full transparency on job roles, visa processes, and employment conditions
  • Fair wages and conditions equal to domestic hires
  • Genuine employer relationships — we only place nurses with clients we trust
  • Support for your settlement, orientation, and professional integration

How to Apply

We'd love to hear from you — wherever you are in the world.

Submit your expression of interest including:

  • A brief cover note telling us about yourself and your career goals
  • Your current CV/resume
  • Confirmation of your AHPRA registration status (or current registration in your home country)
