As a Research Assistant, you will:

Coordinate participant recruitment and engagement across schools, adolescents and parents, ensuring smooth delivery of all study activities.
Support data collection across surveys and mobile based assessments, including tracking participants, managing consent and maintaining accurate records.
Contribute to research tasks such as literature reviews, data cleaning, basic analysis and preparing clear, succinct reports and presentations.
Maintain high‑quality project documentation, databases and research systems, ensuring compliance with protocols and ethical requirements.
Work collaboratively with the research team to provide efficient project administration, stakeholder communication and quality‑control support.

To be successful, you’ll have:

Bring experience in research administration, data collection and participant coordination within a university or research setting.
Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with adolescents, parents, schools and multidisciplinary teams.
Show exceptional organisation and time‑management, balancing competing priorities while maintaining accurate records across multiple study components.
Apply high digital literacy to navigate online surveys, mobile apps, research databases and troubleshoot digital data‑collection tools.
Uphold confidentiality, privacy and ethical standards while working independently and contributing positively to a collaborative research team.
