Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists for a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our dynamic and supportive clinical team at The Avenue Hospital focussing on providing excellent patient focused care to Surgical patients -predominantly Orthopaedic
Working across a range of surgical specialties predominantly Orthopaedics, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care alongside experienced consultants and multidisciplinary teams. This position offers exposure to a variety of Surgical specialities but predominantly Orthopaedics,, and the opportunity to develop your skills in a hospital known for its commitment to excellence, collaboration, and patient-centred care. You will provide care to patients in the hospital under the guidance of the world renowned surgeons.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- General registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulations Agency (AHPRA)
- A minimum of three (3) years clinical experience
- Competent in providing basic life support measures Current in ALS
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
- Experience in a tertiary teaching hospital (Desirable)
