Are you an experienced executive support professional who enjoys working in a fastpaced, high-trust environment? The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships Division is seeking three Executive Support Officers to provide high quality executive, secretariat and administrative support to senior leaders and their teams.
There are three positions available: two permanent roles and one temporary role.
These roles are based in Brisbane and sit across the offices of senior executives within the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships Division.
In this role, you will support senior leaders to manage competing priorities, coordinate executive business and contribute to the effective delivery of divisional priorities. You will be a key point of contact for the office, helping to ensure matters are handled professionally, accurately and in a timely way.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
You will bring a solutions-focused approach, anticipate needs, and contribute positively to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
There are no mandatory licences, qualifications or degrees required for this role.
Previous experience working in an executive office or providing support to senior executives would be highly regarded.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo employment screening, including a criminal history check and declaration of serious disciplinary history.

- coordinating travel, itineraries, reconciliations and associated logistics
- providing secretariat support for meetings, committees and governance forums, including agendas, minutes and action tracking
- supporting business administration activities across finance, human resources, records management and information management
- building positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- identifying opportunities to improve administrative systems, processes and ways of working
- contributing flexibly to the broader executive support network and supporting changing priorities as required.
