Our 3-2-1 Hybrid Working Model
- 3 days from anywhere in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand per week,
- 2 days from an RACP office location per week,
- 1 of the two days per week in office spent with your team.
Job Description
About the Role
This role works within our Training Services team, which is responsible for providing training progression and comprehensive administrative support to trainees, supervisors and committees involved in the RACP Basic and Advanced training programs across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. Our services include advising on program requirements, coordinating the Divisional Clinical Examination in Aotearoa New Zealand, delivering training support for both trainees and supervisors, and supervisor learning support.
This role will provide secretariat and administrative support to RACP training programs and its committees, including:
- Coordinating training program administration
- Coordinating, attending and providing high level secretariat services to committees
- Preparing meeting agendas and minutes, briefs, draft reports and correspondence
- Working with committees to ensure they adhere to policies and procedures
- Contributing to continuous improvement activities
This is a fixed-term, part-time position until September 2027, working 15 hours per week. Wednesday and Thursday are preferred; however, we’re happy to discuss flexibility around days to suit the successful candidate’s availability.

The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated high level written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships
- Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, managing a range of complex tasks in a changing work environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with own and other teams
- A commitment to professional client service
- Certificate IV or Diploma of Business Administration and/or experience in education/health programs or in a member based organisation is highly desirable but not essential.
