Lead the delivery of reliable, customer-focused IT services across Townsville Catholic Education.

We're seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Information Technology and Services team. In this key leadership role, you'll coordinate the delivery of IT services across our network of schools and offices, ensuring incidents are resolved efficiently, priorities are managed effectively, and service levels are consistently achieved.

Working closely with technical teams and stakeholders across the organisation, you'll lead incident response activities, coordinate resources, oversee change management processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery. You'll be an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service delivery, incident management or IT operations. A natural leader, you'll bring excellent organisational skills, sound judgement and the ability to prioritise competing demands while maintaining a strong customer focus. Experience leading teams, coordinating resources and driving operational improvements will see you succeed in this role.

You will be a confident communicator who builds strong working relationships across technical and non-technical teams alike. Proactive and solutions-focused, you'll enjoy identifying opportunities for improvement, supporting your team to achieve outcomes and delivering high-quality services that make a difference across our school communities.

Townsville Catholic Education has standards of conduct for workers to maintain a safe and healthy environment for children. Our commitment to these standards requires that we conduct working with children checks and background referencing for all staff.
