Salary MDP-2 $99,707 -$158,523 p.a.+ super + salary packaging
Full-time temporary

Duration of the training program: from 1/2/27 up to 30/1/28

Term of the Contract: 3 Years in line with clause 52 of the Salaried Medical Officers Enterprise Agreement

At the end of the training program, CALHN will work with the employee to find a suitable placement within SA Health for the remainder of the 3 year contract.

About the Role

Join a dynamic and highly skilled team at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, where you will utilise your specialist knowledge and technical expertise to deliver exceptional plastic and reconstructive surgical care. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment focused on achieving the highest standards in patient outcomes. You will play a key role in complex clinical cases, contributing to the continued excellence of one of South Australia's leading healthcare institutions.

In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will be actively involved in surgical training and research, helping to shape the next generation of surgeons. About You

You are a dedicated and adaptable medical professional with a strong foundation in plastic, reconstructive and burns surgery. You bring clinical expertise, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care in a dynamic hospital environment.

Eligible for AHPRA registration with an MBBS or equivalent qualification

Demonstrated experience in plastic, reconstructive and burns surgery

Strong clinical, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Committed to research, quality care, and working in a multidisciplinary team
