Disability Support Worker | Community Access Support | Personal Care

We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting individuals with daily living skills.
• Assisting with social and recreational activities.
• Implementing and monitoring practices that promote a healthier lifestyle.
• Empowering participants to achieve their personal goals.
• This role involves working with participants with a range of needs, including both low-level support and complex care. Some participants may require assistance with medication prompts, while others may exhibit complex behaviours.

About You:

• Professional, empathetic, and skilled in behavioural support
• Experienced in disability or community care
• Personal Care & Manual Handling Experience
• Able to drive a company Wheelchair Transport Van
• Flexible and available multiple days per week
• Driver’s licence
• Experienced in medication administration
• Previous experience as AIN

Required:

• First Aid Certification
• Working With Children Check
• NDIS Screening Check
• National Police Check
• Australian work rights

Job Types: Casual, Contract

Pay: $34.00 – $43.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday
• Active Nights

Ability to commute:

• Cabramatta, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
