Aged care / home care / Support Workers (Bilingual English–Vietnamese) for immediate start – Mirae Aged Care Cabramatta

Employment Type: Full-time
$75,000 p.a + Super

About Us

Mirae Aged Care Cabramatta Pty Ltd is a trusted home care provider supporting elderly and people with disabilities to live safely and independently in their own homes. We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and bilingual Support Workers (English–Vietnamese) to join our caring and professional team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care (assistance with showering, grooming, dressing, toileting).
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe use of walking aids or wheelchairs.
- Support clients with meal preparation, shopping, and light domestic duties.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness and promote wellbeing.
- Assist clients to attend appointments, social activities, and community programs.
- Complete accurate shift notes and incident report forms promptly when required.

Follow Mirae’s policies on Work Health & Safety, Infection Control, Privacy, and Dignity of Risk.

Communicate effectively in both English and Vietnamese with clients, families, and the team.

Requirements:

✅ Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability) or equivalent at least 6 months experience
✅ Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ First Aid & CPR Certificate
✅ Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
✅ Must be fluent in English and Vietnamese
✅ Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and Influenza
✅ Ability to fill in Incident Report Forms accurately in case of accidents or injuries
✅ Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Able to handle emotional and physical challenges at work

Good written and verbal communication skills

Reliable and professional in appearance and attitude
