About the Role

As a Pharmacist, you'll play a key role in delivering safe, professional and patient-centred healthcare services while supporting the successful operation of our flagship pharmacy.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering exceptional patient care, medication counselling and professional healthcare advice.
Ensuring accurate and safe dispensing in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Providing pharmacy services and supporting the development of professional services within your authorised scope of practice.
Building positive relationships with patients and delivering a welcoming, customer-focused pharmacy experience.
Supporting, mentoring and collaborating with pharmacy assistants and other team members.
Maintaining high standards of pharmacy operations, compliance and medication safety.
Contributing to a positive team culture and the ongoing growth and success of the pharmacy.

About You

We're looking for a pharmacist who combines clinical professionalism with genuine warmth, enthusiasm and a passion for helping people.

Our ideal candidate will have:

Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
A minimum of 1 year's experience in community pharmacy.
Exceptional customer service and patient communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, organisational and people management capabilities.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and patient safety.
Confidence working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
A proactive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
A genuine interest in continuous learning, professional development and expanded pharmacy services.
A positive, enthusiastic approach and a desire to go above and beyond for patients and colleagues.
