Recruitment Consultant – Fixed Term Contract (6–12 Months)

We are looking for experienced recruitment advisors to join our team on fixed-term contracts of 6–12 months. These roles offer the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders, deliver quality recruitment outcomes, and support high-volume hospitality and/or blue-collar workforces across our business.

The Position

• As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across a diverse portfolio of blue-collar roles.
• You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, proactively source talent, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding.
• This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and takes pride in delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes while maintaining strict compliance standards.

The Person

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience in blue-collar recruitment (preferred)
• Strong understanding of recruitment compliance, onboarding, and employment documentation
• Proven experience sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill roles and building talent pipelines in challenging or regional markets
• The ability to manage a high-volume recruitment workload while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A strong focus on candidate experience and service delivery
• The ability to effectively manage competing priorities and take ownership of your recruitment portfolio
• A proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused approach
