- Coordinate daily admin and secretarial support
- Manage workloads, priorities and tight deadlines
- Liaise with clinicians and hospital teams
- Maintain accurate records and confidential files
- Solve complex tasks and improve work processes
You’re an organised, adaptable administrator who enjoys supporting clinical teams and keeping busy units running smoothly.
- Completed admin training such as medical terminology and computer skills
- Type accurately at 50 to 60 wpm with strong grammar and numeracy
- Manage multiple tasks, set priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Work independently, problem solve and handle pressure calmly
- Maintain confidentiality and deliver friendly, reliable service
