Security Officer – Multiple Casual positions!

• We are currently seeking professional and reliable Security Officers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable organisation that values professionalism, safety, and service excellence.

About the Role

As an Event Security Officer, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for patrons, staff, and performers at a wide range of events. From concerts, festivals, and sporting events to exhibitions, community events, and corporate functions, no two shifts are the same.

Shifts: Weekdays and weekend | Day and night shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and friendly customer service at all times.
• Monitor crowd behaviour and assist with crowd management.
• Conduct access control, ticket verification, and entry screening, including bag checks where required.
• Patrol event venues to identify and respond to potential safety or security risks.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.
• Assist with evacuations and emergency procedures when required.
• Enforce venue rules, event policies, and security procedures.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in event security, crowd control, venue security, or a customer-facing security role would be preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• A reliable and punctual work history
