We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our onsite team supporting our mining customer. This is a fantastic opportunity step into a fast paced, people first role where your coordination skills and attention to detail will truly shine.


Job Description


What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of a seamless, high-touch recruitment processes. You’ll:

  • Partner with the TA team on administration, coordination, and recruitment project support
  • Manage key process elements including background checks, contract generation, onboarding and reporting
  • Become a go-to expert on TA systems and processes
  • Support complex international mobility requirements, particularly for senior-level expat recruitment
  • Help create exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers alike

This role is initially offered as a 6 month contract and on a remote working basis.


Qualifications


What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who’s organised, proactive, and confident in a fast-moving environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a TA Coordinator role—bonus points if you’ve worked in mining, resources, or large, multi-site businesses
  • The ability to manage senior stakeholders and candidates with warmth and professionalism
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, and Fit2Work, is a plus, and strong Excel skills are essential
