About the role Locally, we re making big steps forward with the imminent commissioning of our new and factory at Campbellfield, where we are seeking an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Manager to lead our Warehouse team in meeting daily operating commitments, while also developing new practices as we implement SAP across our operations and link to global ways of working. What you ll do

The position provides logistical support to the Wagga Production facilities, and also liaises with the Supply Chain Officer in relation to receipt of shipment materials required for production.



Your Key Responsibilities:

To ensure that purchasing and despatch records are maintained and stored according to the Quality System.

To ensure that stores are controlled according to the quality system procedures and company requirements.

Availability and completeness of records.

Compliance against requirements.

Purchasing. Goods Inward and Stores Control:

Maintain inventory levels to meet requirements of production whilst minimising non-DSM stocks.

Assist with goods inward inspection and other activities of the Storemen.

Ensure that receivals are entered into SAP accurately and in a timely manner. Disposal of non-conforming product as approved by the Best Practice Manager.

File all receivals as required by the quality system procedures and the Financial Controller.

Availability of materials for production. Holding raw material stock levels.

Compliance against requirements and procedures. Availability of raw materials for production.

Actioned disposal as detailed in Product Non-Conformance and stock control records.

In conjunction with the Accountant, ensure accurate stocktakes are conducted as required. Resolve variances in coniunction with the Accountant. Stocktake variances and trends.

Compliance with procedures. Compliance against approved reference label or bag.

Customer returns due to despatch errors. Availability of records.

Availability of raw materials and packaging for production. Availability of complete records.

Availability of raw materials for production.

Ensure that stored product is organised, identifiable, rotated, and where necessary segregated as required by the quality system procedures.

For registered premixes, ensure that stored labels and bags are current.

Delivery Note. Goods Inward:

File all receivals as required by the quality system procedures and the Financial Controller.

Operational Authorities

Order raw materials and packaging as required in liaison with the Wagga Supply Chain Officer.

Verify and approve Purchase Orders for stock items.

Release goods inward materials for use.

You Bring:

Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain and or equivalent qualification and experience.

Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment- managing the purchase and inventory control of raw and packaging materials for production purposes.

Demonstrated competency in the appropriate modules and functionality of SAP in relation to inventory management and control.

Supervisory and strong organisational skills and competencies.
