The Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly organised and performance driven individual to join our team as our Supply Chain Manager. Working closely with our Head of Operations and Warehouse team, this is a perfect opportunity for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment supporting the daily warehouse operations ensuring effective inventory management and cultivating supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities:

Work with the Head of Operations to develop and implement strategies to optimise the supply chain, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and supplier relationships.

Respond promptly and professionally to all internal and external emails & phone calls and provide exceptional customer service and support to all of our partners/clients and suppliers

Maintain accurate data through effective system management, generate reports, and present results to senior leadership team.

Coordinate with overseas suppliers & shippers, occasionally working irregular hours to align with their time zones.

Enforce quality control standards to ensure that all outgoing products meet specifications and customer expectations. Implement measures to address any quality issues and prevent recurrence.

When required, pick, pack & despatch client orders

Ensure weekly SKU checks are conducted, and annual stocktake activity is completed

Ensure stock is in expiry date order, tidy & orderly. Overflow stock is labelled and kept in the flow.

Optimise warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiency and space utilisation. Implement best practices for warehouse organization.

Skills & Experience:

2 -4 year’s experience logistics/warehouse environment

Forklift license desirable

Excellent attention to detail, strong time management & organizational skills

Ability to work & make decisions in a fast paced environment

Ability to work autonomously & multi-task in a team environment to deliver the highest standard of customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

The Opportunity:
The Supply Chain Manager will be an integral part of the Operations team ensuring our Supply Chain and Warehouses continually deliver excellence. This role will facilitate synergies between the Warehouse and Supply Chain through aligned buying and receiving processes whilst coordinating inbound and outbound freight partners

Your responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Direct and coordinate supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimisation, profitability maximisation, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), resulting in the maximisation of customer satisfaction.

Improve the system processes in the warehouse and coordinate warehouse activity - Monitor the performance of the Warehouse and Supply team

Lead a team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon KPIs.

Work with management, customer service and sales to determine the most cost-effective distribution solution for finished goods transportation to customers.

Support proper utilisation of the ERP system for the supply chain and logistic functions with a focus on the Warehouse Management

Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to aid decision making with the business

Essential Criteria:
This position offers a driven, problem-solving individual an exciting opportunity, where you will have ownership and accountability for managing internal and external stakeholders. You will possess:

Previous extensive experience (minimum 5 years) as a supply chain manager or similar field

Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes and warehouse management

Working experience of relevant Warehouse Management Systems (Microsoft Business Central highly regarded)

Good written and verbal communication skills

Strong sense of time organisation and urgency

Excellent organisational and project management skills

Attention to detail

Proactive and problem-solving

A strategic and analytical way of thinking

Qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field preferred
