Identify and address issues or production delays

In conjunction with the Directors, ensure there are enough qualified service staff to meet demand

Ensure the overall standards of work carried out is completed in accordance with company standards

In conjunction with the Directors review work practices and initiate process improvements as required

Oversee operational and safety guidelines to ensure the mandatory compliance with OH&S practices

Performing final inspection prior to the delivery of the vehicle to customers, ensuring the quality of vehicle repairs are to pre-accident condition and industry standard

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology and at least two years relevant experience

Excellent attention to detail and workmanship

Responsibilities:
