We are a Jim's Mowing franchise with 10 years of experience and a client base situated in Inner East Melbourne. You will enjoy the freedom of working outside and the satisfaction that comes with helping clients achieve a beautiful garden.

We are looking for a skilled labourer with gardening experience of minimum 12 months. Need to be honest, reliable and hard working. Must have own ute, trailer or vehicle able to carry tools and be able to tow a trailer, including space to safely and securely park it overnight.

Work includes- hedging, weeding, mowing, brush cutting, spraying, chainsawing etc and the right candidate should be confident in all of these aspects. We are also looking for someone with a good attitude to work, who is always on time, honest and confident in dealing with clients regularly. Making our clients happy is the main goal.

The role requires you to work Mon-Fri or flexible days with the opportunity to work more hours if wanted. Areas serviced are Balwyn, Kew, Richmond and Camberwell.

You'll be provided with required training and start out working alongside our team, eventually doing all the jobs on your own once caught up to speed and taking on a more managerial role. Need to be fit, healthy and able to operate independently.

Pay is between $33-37p/h inc super (dependent on level of experience).

The Role

Utilise your previous maintenance or propertiesexperience working within a dynamic team. You will perform a range of tasks relating to the routine maintenance and upkeep of the College. In addition, you will assist with the set up and removal of furniture and equipment for school activities and identify and report maintenance and safety issues.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include a range of tasks including but not limited to;

About You
